Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

  • The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • The product should be in the same condition as received

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling

  • Products returned without original packaging

  • Clearance or sale items (if applicable)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • The refund will be processed to your original method of payment

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your payment provider

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

Exchange

Currently, we do not offer direct product exchanges. If eligible, you may return the product and place a new order.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be canceled before shipment. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
