1. Return Policy

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 2 days of receiving your package.

Once your request is approved, our team will arrange a return pickup. After the item is received and inspected, you may choose either:

  • A replacement, or

  • A refund

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging and condition.

  • An unboxing video is mandatory for return approval. This helps us verify that the item was received in the same condition as shipped.


2. Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 2 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging.

Once the returned item is received and passes inspection:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method, unless otherwise stated.
